Location: “Bright Modern Studio Space” Studio Rental in Kingston
(Mike will be picking up Callie and Cassy)
Date: Friday April 10th , 2026
Shoot Start Time: 12:00 pm. (Pick up around 11:00 am. TBD)
Shoot End Time: 4:00 pm.

Photographer: Gas and Studio Rental (portion)
Models: $25 each for portion of the studio rental
Compensation
Model: Trade shoot. Models will receive photos for portfolio usage. Possible lingerie depending what is used.
Photographer: Photos for portfolio.
Location
Smoking: No smoking or drinking at the location.
Pets: Not Applicable
Pre Shoot Preparation
Hair and Makeup: Will have time to touch up if needed, but models should arrive with hair done. Hair could be curled or loose. Makeup style will be discussed in group chat to coordinate
Clothing: Check clothing ahead of shoot for stains / holes. Small issues can be fixed in Edits if needed.
During Shoot
Refreshments: Photographer will have water / diet pop available. Feel free to bring your own if desired.
Alcohol/drugs: No drinking/smoking during the shoot. Should not drink “too much” prior to any shoot. It can show in the eyes. Cannabis does as well.
Food: As this is a short shoot no meals are provided. Model is free to bring snacks / meal for themselves if desired. Please advise photographer of any allergies.
Cell Phones: Cell phones are allowed as long as they do not become a distraction during the shoot. No Behind the scene shots allowed unless permission is given beforehand.
Other Cameras: Not permitted without prior permission.
Escorts: As this is a multiple model shoot, escorts are not permitted
What to bring
Wardrobe: Lingerie (To be discussed in group chat to coordinate)
Shoes: To be discussed in group chat to coordinate
Jewelry: As per Model’s choice.
Accessories: Model’s choice. To be discussed in group chat to coordinate
Makeup: Bring for touch ups as needed.
Props: Model does not have to bring any although this will be discussed in group chat so may change.
ID: A model release form will be required (Supplied by Photographer) and thus an ID showing age of 18+ is required to sign.
Post Shoot Info
Time to Edit: Typically 2 weeks turn around for photos. Photographer will notify models during the shoot if expecting to take longer.
Files received: Model only gets edited files. Not all photos are keepers. Rejects are rejected for various reasons (Too similar to other good ones, lighting was not perfected, Model was blinking…) Expect rejects from all shoots.
Edits by Model: Photos are NOT to be edited by Model or by other photographers. (This includes adding Instagram filters) Minor cropping for photos to fit on social media (Profile pics for instance) is allowed but definitely not to remove the logo. (Logo is removed on any prints)
Crediting: Any photos posted by the Model should have credit be given to “Eternal Photos” and appropriate links (FB/IG or webpage) when possible. Eternal Photos will credit the models as they prefer as well.
